1998 Chevy 3500 $2000

I have a 1998 Chevy 3500 dually 2wd. It has a vortec 454 in it. At the moment the intake is taken off of the engine do to a lifter nocking. I bought a whole new set of lifters an just ave not put it back together yet if I put it back together the price will go up. It has good tires on it an brakes. The exhaust will need to be re done do to the guy that had it before me cut all the exhaust out an flex piped it with no muffler so it is extremely loud
