Double jet ski trailer and ski (TexarkanaAR) $600

2001 sea doo rx. And 2000 double ski trailer with spare.
Something is wrong with the gtx and doesn’t run not sure what’s wrong.

Needs a battery
951cc rotax 2 cycle.
I have the same engine in a ski it will run about 55 miles an hour.
