I have a solid 1985 El Camino with a 4.3 V6 throttle body and automatic transmission. The engine and transmission were rebuilt in 2016. I have receipts for this. She runs very good and has had tons of new parts installed. Completely brand new working AC and heat system. Steering shaft upgrade, new rear springs and shocks, new tires, nice and clean interior, S10 xtreme wheels with 3 extra wheels. Most of the bulbs are LED. The dash bulbs have all been replaced and provide a nice bright dash at night.
The following parts I have but not installed on car. I have the complete front steering components (Moog) with a new 2 3/4 lock to lock steering gear box. I have the complete front brake upgrade kit to install Blazer dual piston calipers and bigger rotors. This has the new slotted rotors, new calipers, new disc/disc brake proportioning valve, 2002 Blazer spindle and hub assemblies with longer studs installed. I have new coil springs and shocks for the front. I have a 7.5 limited slip differential with 3.73 gears in great shape with new bearings and seals installed in 2018. The axle shafts have the longer studs already installed. The differential comes with the brackets installed and ready for rear disc set up. I have tons of receipts for everything that I have purchased for my El Camino. I’m sure that I have missed several things that I have purchased and installed, such as idle air control valve, throttle position sensor, regular oil changes, new hoses, etc. I have receipts for everything.
I’m interested in a trade for a 70-72 Monte Carlo, full size Blazers, Broncos or a Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Let me know what you have. Text me if you have questions. I’m sure I have missed some things that I have done or bought for it. This is a very reliable daily driver.
